SEND Transport

I am writing to formally request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to support market research I am conducting into the provision of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) transport services for children and young people.Please could you provide the following information for the past full academic year or financial year (please specify which):1.Average spend per pupil receiving home-to-school SEND transport, broken down if possible by:*Solo route costs*Shared route costs*Use of taxis, minibuses, or other vehicle types*Journeys with Passenger Assistants (PAs)2.Total annual budget and expenditure for SEND transport provision.3.The number of children and young people currently receiving SEND transport funded by your authority.4.A list of current providers or contractors commissioned to deliver SEND transport services, and the procurement route used (e.g. Dynamic Purchasing System, framework, or direct contract).5.Key performance indicators (KPIs) or service expectations included in your SEND transport contracts (if publicly available).6.Any future plans to recommission or expand your SEND transport service provision or Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).If any of this information is already publicly available, I would be grateful if you could direct me to the relevant documents or web pages.
