As you will be aware, new expectations for reporting Local Authority Supplier Payment Performance came into force in February because of the Procurement Act to ensure timely payment of invoices.Contracting authorities must publish annual statistics, ensuring they are publicly accessible, reporting:oThe percentage of invoices paid within 30 days, 31-60 days, and 61+ days.oThe total value of late payments.oThe number of payments made beyond agreed terms.Please ask the executive responsible for S.151 duties to check your own figures provided to us in 2023 and provide us by return email the most up to date figures for your Local Authority and the LATCs you have an ownership interest in.
