TfL escooter trial in Barnet

I am requesting information in relation to the council participating in Phase 2 of the Transport for London (TfL) led trial of E-scooters.Please can you provide the below data;1) As of 2025, Is the council now looking to join the Escooter trial?1a) If no, please provide any information available that would explain this further.1b) If yes, would this be under full participation (eg. in a similar operation to neighbouring LB Camden) or as a ride through area (eg. in a similar operation to LB Tower Hamlets)?2) Have escooter parking bay locations been identified?2a) Is there a criteria or supporting documentation for how these parking locations are to be chosen?
