Greenspace and trees behind 72-76 Manor Park Road N2

Under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR), I request information relating to the green space and mature trees located at or behind 72-76 Manor Park Road, East Finchley N2, which may be recorded by Barnet Council as 'Hamilton Road Green Space' or under another internal designation.Please provide the following:*Any tree surveys, valuation reports, or arboricultural assessments relating to this site from 2000 to present ' including the reported tree valuation in excess of £150,000.*Any documentation regarding the naming, classification, or internal designation of this site as public green space or open space (e.g., GIS layers, parks/open space schedules, site maintenance records).*Any records regarding public access, amenity use, or intended community value or function of the green space.*Internal correspondence, emails or meeting minutes (2018-2025) concerning:*the environmental/public value of the site*any proposals or discussions of development*any mitigation for green space loss or tree removal*Any evidence of assessments for:*Local Green Space designation*Biodiversity Net Gain*Climate resilience, shading, or urban cooling benefitsIf any part of this request is unclear or too broad, I am happy to refine it. However, please do not apply Regulation 12(4)(d) or 12(5)(e) generically. These exemptions must be narrowly applied and clearly justified, particularly in relation to historical site designations, land use, and existing tree data.
