I am submitting this request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and would appreciate your assistance in providing the following information:1.The total expenditure incurred by the local authority on placing students in alternative provision following exclusion from mainstream education, broken down by year for the past three financial years.2.The average cost per student of placing them in alternative provision after exclusion.3.The total amount spent by the local authority on Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) support and services, broken down by year for the past three financial years.4.A breakdown of the key areas of SEND spending, including but not limited to:oSEND support in mainstream schoolsoSpecial schools fundingoEHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) provisionoAny outsourced/private SEND services
