Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information regarding contract cleaning services provided across Barnet Council buildings:1.A list of contractors currently delivering contract cleaning services across Council buildings.2.Confirmation of whether these contractors are part of a framework agreement, such as Crown Commercial Services (CCS).3.Details of the procurement process the current contractors went through to secure their contracts.4.The length of each contract, including the start and end dates.5.Contract value.6.An outline of the procurement process for new suppliers interested in providing contract cleaning services to the Council.In addition, we would appreciate clarification on the following:*Is it mandatory for prospective suppliers to be listed on a framework such as CCS, or is it possible to submit a competitive cost proposal independently?*As a local, diverse social enterprise offering contract cleaning services, and in light of the Procurement Act 2023'which encourages engagement with SMEs and social enterprises'is there a specific pathway or process we should follow to be considered for inclusion in your supply chain?Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.
