Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Environmental Information Regulations 2004, we would liketo request the following information:1) Maintenance records for the T1 Lime in the attached arboricultural report; and2) Disclosure of other subsidence claims within a 2km vicinity of the Risk Address (postcodes EN4, EN6,N11, N14, N20).We would prefer to receive the information electronically.
