ACM Cladding

1. We write pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 ('FOIA').2. We request the names and addresses of all residential buildings 11 metres and over in height, which are owned by the London Borough of Barnet and which was built using Aluminium Composite Material cladding ('ACM Buildings'). In particular we would be grateful for:2.1. The names and addresses of all buildings with ACM cladding where on-site remediation works are underway but have not been completed;2.2. The names and addresses of all buildings with ACM cladding where the remediation works have been planned but have not yet started on-site remediation works; and2.3. The names of addresses of all other buildings with ACM where remediations works have not yet planned nor underway.3. We would also be grateful for the names and addresses of all other buildings owned by the London Borough of Barnet which contain defective or flammable insulation other than ACM-insulation and have not yet completed remediation.4. We do not consider that the information requested qualifies for any category of exemption under the FOIA. In the event that its provision would exceed the appropriate cost of compliance limit set out in Section 12, we kindly request your advice and assistance, as per Section 16, on how we may bring our request within the costs limits.
