Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am writing to request the following information regarding vacant or empty sites owned or managed by your organisation:Current and Predicted Vacant Sites:How many vacant or empty sites does your organisation currently own or manage?How many sites do you predict will remain vacant or empty for a period of one month or longer?Costs Associated with Vacant Sites:How much does your organisation spend per year on managing vacant or empty sites, including but not limited to:*Business rates,*Utilities (e.g., electricity, water, gas),*Security measures (e.g., CCTV, patrols, fencing),*Maintenance and repairs,*Any other associated costs.Official Policy on Vacant or Void Properties:Please provide a copy of your organisation's policy or guidelines regarding the management, use, or disposal of vacant or void properties.If any of the requested information is exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act, please specify the exemption(s) applied and provide an explanation.I would appreciate it if you could provide the information in an electronic format, preferably via email, to me.
