FOI, The attached FOI response from GLA states that Ballymore submitted two post stage 1 letters to the GLA in 25 and 29 October 2024."7. The applicant has submitted a Post Stage 1 response (first email dated 25 October 2024 and second emails dated 29 October 2024). GLA officers are reviewing the Post Stage 1 response internally now."Have you received these letters? If you have received these letters, what status have you given them? If they are deemed part of the application, have these letters been added to the application website? Why has ECA received no information when it is a consultee? If it is not part of the application, what status has been given and are the letters available on the Barnet website. Last year, we provided more detail comments to the local planning authority post the GLA report.
