: Freedom of Information request - past highways consultations - various roads in Friern Barnet N11

This request is made under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act and Environmental Information Regulations and is submitted on behalf of Friern Barnet & Whetstone Residents' Association. In relation to each of the following roads in Friern Barnet N11- Goldsmith RoadHartland RoadKennard RoadMacDonald RoadRamsden Road Beaconsfield RoadBellevue RoadCarlton RoadHolly Park RoadParkhurst Road please provide 1. the dates since 31 December 2010 of any consultations of the residents of the road in question carried out by the Council with regard to traffic/highways matters such as the imposition of 20 mph speed limits or parking restrictions ( but excluding school street consultations and the current 'Friern Barnet Road Safety consultation' commencing December 2024) together with 2. copies of the relevant consultation letters and drawings sent to residents of the road (where the same letter/drawings were sent to residents of more than one road only a single copy of the relevant document is required); and 3. where copies of the relevant consultation letters are no longer available, a brief description of the measures in respect of which the consultation was carried out.
