Number of staff employed by the borough, living in the borough

Dear Sir/MadamUnder the Freedom of Information Act, please can you provide the following information:1.The number and % of staff employed by the council who reside within the council by job role/pay band. a.E.g. Employees considered a grade 1: 100 Employees, number residing in the Borough, 50. 50% of this band is therefore considered to reside within the Borough. b.If the council does not already have established salary or job bands, please group by £10k increments on a pro rata basis for part time staff.i.E.g. (£10k, £10-£20k, £30-40k etc. c.The qualification for someone who resides in the borough can be determined by the listed postcode for each employee which should allow easy identification.2.Where job grades are available, please can you confirm if a grade is considered managerial, leadership or how they are otherwise referred to within the authority.3.Where a substantial element of administration is outsourced, please can you provide the number of staff included within this outsourcing arrangement. E.g. Capita Business Rates and Council tax collection, 100 staff outsourced - located in X region. Please can this information be provided in an Excel spreadsheet?To address GDPR concerns, I can confirm I do not require any names, addresses, job titles, or any other identification to be provided.
