On 29th May 2024, we receive the attached list of Section 38 / 278s within Barnet.Agreement dated 15th June 2022 made under Section 38/ Section 278 of the Highways Act 1990. (Redevelopment of Barnet and Southgate College Site - Land at Grahame Park Way/ Corner Mead NW9 And on the 8th July 2024 we received the above Section 38 /278 Land Charge entry relating to a property on Edgecumbe Avenue.Please could you advise whether the street 'Edgecumbe Avenue' would also be covered by the Section 38/278 agreements for Grahame Park Way & Corner Mead from the attached excel spreadsheet?
