Lease extension and notice 42

I'd like to have information on how to extend the lease of my flat (currently 85 years remaining) with Barnet Council and where to serve notice 42? I cannot find any of these information of your official website, contrary to any other boroughs of London who give fully detailed information on leasehold extension.
