retail floorspace within the Edgware Growth Area

We are carrying out research into the commercial and retail floorspace within the Edgware Growth Area. We understand that the Barnet council carries out a land use survey and has the land use of every property within the Growth Area. Please can we have this information, preferably in an excel format, containing the address / location, floorspace, category of the retail shops (including cafe) such as Comparison vs Convenience for every individual property.
