The room can be used for a variety of events including:

• corporate events
• meetings
• filming
• religious gatherings
• Special occasions

What is included in your booking and conditions of hire

The charge includes:

• room set up and breakdown
• cleaning after the event
• security on duty throughout the event to manage guests

Equipment available

• screen for presentation
• built in speakers and camera for remote meeting functions

Booking and hire rules

• room is charged for a minimum of 2 hours for each hire
• time for setting up and taking down must be included within the time
• room must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance of the event
• prices are non-negotiable and a refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure bookings
• beyond 9pm the rooms can be hired for an additional £100 an hour to the listed charge rate
