What's included in your booking and conditions of hire
The charge includes:
- room set up and breakdown
- cleaning after the event
- security on duty throughout the event
Booking and hire rules:
- room is charged for a minimum of half a day (six and a half hours)
- time for setting up and taking down must be included within the time booked
- room must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance of the event
- prices are non-negotiable and a refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure bookings
- beyond 9pm the room can be hired for an additional £100 per hour
- terms and conditions apply
- Hendon Town Hall is compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) and there is a lift available
Hendon Town Hall is a Grade II listed building in Hendon with traditionally styled rooms for hire. Committee rooms 1 and 2 are combined into 1 large spacious room and can be used for a variety of events including:
- corporate gatherings
- meetings
- special occasions
- film crews

Accessibility of the building
The building is DDA compliant with welfare facilities including lifts and disabled toilets. There is a ramp leading up to the building via the main entrance.
