What's included in your booking and conditions of hire
Hiring the entire facility which includes all the following traditionally styled rooms, with a beautiful hallway and kitchen facilities:
- Council Chamber
- The Civic Room
- Committee Room 1
- Committee Room 2 (committee room 1 and 2 can be merged to create a larger, unified space)
- Leader's Room
- Kitchen facilities
The charge includes:
- rooms set up and breakdown
- cleaning after the event
- security on duty throughout the event
Booking and hire rules:
- the entire facility charged for a minimum of half a day (six and a half hours)
- time for setting up and taking down must be included within the time booked
- the facility must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance of the event
- prices are non-negotiable and a refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure bookings
- beyond 9pm the room can be hired for an additional £100 per hour
- terms and conditions apply
- Hendon Town Hall is compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) and there is a lift available
The facility can be used for a variety of events including:
- corporate gatherings
- meetings
- special occasions
- film crews

Accessibility of the building
The building is DDA compliant with welfare facilities including lifts and disabled toilets. There is a ramp leading up to the building via the main entrance.
