Crossroads Care Central and North London

Crossroads Care Central and North London promotes, supports and delivers high quality services to carers and the people their care for. They offer a full range of respite services for all age groups, disabilities or health conditions, at any time day or night, and of any frequency. Other services include their "Homeshare Service" for people who feel vulnerable or isolated, and who need help and companionship around the home. Homesharers help with cleaning, laundry, shopping, as well as providing friendship and security. They also run a Young Carers Service.
