Young Minds

YoungMinds is the national charity committed to promoting and improving the mental health of all children and young people. It provides a Parent' Information Service for any adult with concerns about mental health of a child or young person (from birth up to the age of 25).

This is a free telephone service staffed by a team of experienced advisers and is backed up an extensive database of services and a wide range of publications for young people, parents and professionals. This service is backed up by the YoungMinds website and a range of publications for young people, parents and professionals covering issues affecting children and young people such as depression, bullying and self-harm.
