Barnet Mencap has a variety of services.The Open Door Project is a drop-in at Newstead Children's Centre (Fallows Close,Tarling Road, East Finchley, London N2) on Thursdays 10am to 12pm during term-time and at Childs Hill Children's Centre (Dersingham Road, London NW2 - Entrance inGreenfield Gardens) on Tuesdays 10am to 12pm, for parents of children 0-5 years with any special needs. The Open Door project also provides home visits, advice, information and support toparents. Barnet Mencap's Family Support Team offers independent information, advice and individual support to parents and carers of children with additional needs.
