Replace a lost, stolen or damaged Blue Badge

Damaged badges
If your Blue Badge is damaged you can request a replacement badge by completing the replacement badge form on GOV.UK website
Lost badges
If your badge is lost please let us know using the replacement badge form on GOV.UK website
Once a badge is reported lost:
- it will be cancelled immediately
- you won't be able to use it
- a replacement will be issued at a cost of £10.
If your badge is found after you've reported it lost, you won't be able to use it.
Please return the Blue Badge to us
Do not continue to park in disabled badge holder parking places until you receive your new Blue Badge, as you may receive a Penalty Charge Notice.
Stolen badges
If the Blue Badge is stolen, you should report it to the police. They will give you crime reference number.
You will need the crime number when you fill in the replacement badge form on GOV.UK
The Police must be informed if a reported stolen Blue Badge has been recovered.
Please reapply if your badge is due to expire in less than 3 months.
Once you’ve reported your badge as stolen, we aim to send you a new Blue Badge within 2 days of your payment.
Request a replacement badge
All replacement badges cost £10. The payment is non-refundable. If the form is submitted in error, or you find the badge, we will not be able to refund you.
