Your Library PIN

When you join the library you will be given a PIN. You will need your PIN to:
•    log in to your library account online to renew or request items 
•    use the library in self-service opening
•    use a library computer or Barnet Libraries Wi-Fi
•    use our online services 

Forgotten your PIN

If you have forgotten your PIN you can reset it online.
To reset your PIN online we must have your email address. To add your email address to your library account please contact your local library or email Libraries Help

How to reset your forgotten PIN

1: Go to Barnet Libraries Online
2. Select ‘My Account’ on the top menu bar
3. Press ‘Reset your PIN’
4. Enter your library card number in the ‘Borrower number’ box
5. Press ‘Reset your PIN’
6. Check your email for a link to reset your PIN 
Please check your spam mailbox if you do not receive the email

How to Change your PIN

You can change your PIN online to any 4 numbers you choose.
1: Go to Barnet Libraries Online
2. Select ‘My Account’ on the top menu bar
3. Enter your library card number and current PIN
4. Press ‘Login’
5. Select ‘Settings’ on the menu bar
6. Enter your current PIN and your new PIN twice
7. Press ‘Save’
You will see a message to confirm your PIN has been changed.
