About the Service Support team
Our support service is made up of the following teams:
- Service Support Team who provide administration for the service, handling customer enquiries and requests, and prepare work allocations for our front line staff
- Data and Systems Team who collate and manage all the data required to enable us to manage our services effectively, including data entry and analysis
- Service Change Team who provide all internal and external communications for the service, and oversee projects to enhance and improve our services
- Operational supervisors and management who provide overall management and daily supervision of all our frontline services, and plan for any service developments and changes
- Commercial Service who provide sales and account management for our business customers
- Transport who provide fleet management and maintenance, and administration of our Passenger Transport Service to Special Educational Needs clients and adults with disabilities.
