We always believe the above priorities can always be improved upon and want to use a learning focus to improve our communities, infrastructure and organisation. Many of our staff need to meet certain professional standards and all of our organisation uses learning as a tool for improvement.

Caring is about being able to ‘put ourselves in the shoes of residents’ respond and work with residents in a way that demonstrate the residents and the place of Barnet are important to us.

Including all residents is really important in delivering our vision. The plan also talks about diversity and how we want to make sure equalities, diversity and inclusion is always part of our platform for delivering a strong and cohesive community.
