Who can apply for a refund

You can apply for a refund if you have overpaid your Business Rates bill.

Please complete the refund application form, if we need more information from you, we'll be in contact.

How your money will be refunded

The money will be paid straight into your bank account via BACS payment.

When you'll receive the money

We aim to deal with refunds within 5 working days, however there may be a delay due to our increased workload.
